When my children were young I looked to parents who had gone before me to glean what I could from their parenting. If I liked the behaviour and values of their children, I wasn't shy to ask questions and get advice. I needed it. We all do.
This week I'm chatting with coach, seasoned parent and wise mother of four, Tania West. She's full of great advice, humble enough to share where she went wrong. And where she went right.
